

Emotional Freedom Technique
Emotional Freedom Technique (or EFT tapping) is often referred to as psychological acupressure. This therapeutic approach looks to clear blocked energy and emotions by tapping on a number of meridian points. EFT is an evidence based holistic therapy which can be used as a stand alone approach or in combination which other therapies. It is commonly used to alleviate and release negative feelings and emotion associated with arrange of conditions (listed), and can be learned as a self-help tool through our practitioners.
